Vox Travel – Activity Disclaimer and Liability Waiver

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms:

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

The activities are organized by Vox Travel s.r.o., Hattalova 12/A, 831 03 Bratislava, Slovak Republic (Registration No.: 52 319 202), a tour operator registered in the Slovak Republic.

 

2. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

• I confirm that I am of full legal capacity and am voluntarily participating in activities organized or coordinated by Vox Travel.
• I accept full legal responsibility for my health, well-being, and any damages caused during or after participation.
• I fully understand and accept that this activity may involve certain risks and dangers, both known and unknown, and I hereby assume full responsibility for my participation.

 

3. HEALTH AND MEDICAL CONDITION

• I confirm that I am not under the influence of medication that could impair me during the activity.
• I do not suffer from any medical conditions that would pose a risk to myself or others.
• I acknowledge that if I choose to consume alcohol, drugs, or any mind-altering substances before or during the activity, I do so at my own risk and assume full responsibility for any resulting consequences.

4. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

• Vox Travel acts solely as a coordinator of the activities and is not liable for the actual delivery of third-party services.
• Vox Travel is not responsible for:
  • Injury, illness, or death
  • Accidents or property damage
  • Loss of personal belongings (including electronics)
  • Delays, transport issues, or lack of medical care in remote areas
• I acknowledge that Vox Travel does not provide insurance, and I am responsible for arranging my own coverage suitable to the planned activities.

 

5. BEHAVIOUR AND TERMINATION OF SERVICE

• Vox Travel and its partners reserve the right to cancel or terminate participation in any service if a participant’s behaviour is deemed dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful.
• No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

 

6. DATA PROCESSING

• I consent to Vox Travel collecting and processing my personal data as required to provide the booked services, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Data will only be processed for the purpose of contract execution and not for marketing unless further consent is given.
